We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Live-In Male Youth Leader to provide holistic, values-based care and guidance to adolescents and young adults in our alternative care program. Focused on youth aged 14 and above, you will create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment, helping young people develop life skills, confidence, and independence.

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience:
· Minimum of two years’ experience working with youth, preferably in a residential or developmental setting.
Skills:
· Proven ability to build trust and mentor adolescents.
· Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
· Fluency in Arabic and good English communication skills.
· Commitment to child safeguarding, gender equality, and diversity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide daily care, mentorship, and guidance to youth aged 14+.
2. Support the emotional, social, and vocational development of each youth.
3. Facilitate access to education, healthcare, recreational, and professional services.
4. Encourage independence and active participation in household and community life.
5. Maintain a safe and protective environment and address safeguarding concerns.
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for youth development.
