Hayat Fund, represented by its Chairman of the Board, Engineer Musa Awni Al-Saket, and SOS Children's Villages Jordan, represented by the National Director, Rana AlZoubi, have signed a memorandum of understanding to provide training services to beneficiaries of both parties. The aim is to empower them economically, ensure their independence, self-reliance, and integration into the job market, in addition to collaborating on joint events and activities.
Al-Saket emphasized "the importance of empowering Jordanian youth economically and socially, and the endeavor to establish a model for cooperation between institutions and charitable associations, working together and maximizing efforts for the benefit of Jordanian youth." He also highlighted the importance of participatory roles through the inclusion of Hayat Fund in the alliance of care leavers' service providers. This alliance represents a group of institutions working with children who lost parental care, with the goal of preparing them for entering the job market by equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to overcome the obstacles they face.
AlZoubi stated, "We take pride in agreements like these as they align with the Association's vision and its effort to empower Jordanian youth, connect them, integrate them into society, and create better opportunities for them." She noted that the Association continuously innovates and activates programs that support youth, enabling them to become independent, capable of self-support, self-expression, and advocating for their rights. Programs such as the Youth Council, Advocacy Team, YouthCan program, preparation programs, youth camps, and others contribute to this goal.
It is worth mentioning that Hayat Fund is a charitable organization working to support financially disadvantaged and academically excellent students from modest backgrounds in universities and vocational institutes. The Fund provides scholarships and favorable loans to empower them academically, enhance their capabilities, and prepare them for the job market to build a better future for themselves and their community.
