My name is Mohammed, and I was raised in Amman Children's Village. At the age of 10, my two sisters and I entered this nurturing environment, where we shared a home with other siblings under the loving care of our devoted mother figure, Mama Fatima Al-Najjar. She played an indispensable role in shaping our lives and remains a steadfast presence, watching over us even today.
When I reached the age of 14, I transitioned to the youth houses, while my sisters moved to the girls' youth houses. This shift marked a turning point in my life, fostering a sense of self-reliance and personal growth. I began to assert my identity more strongly and actively participated in various school activities.
Upon completing my high school education, I seized the opportunity to enroll in a business management and sales course offered by the Vocational Training Corporation. Al-Aman Fund For The Future of Orphans provided invaluable support, allowing me to excel and graduate as the second-ranked student in my class.
Simultaneously, I gained practical experience by working in flower shops, which eventually paved the way for a new venture. Together with my sister, we established "Monamour," a flower shop where we poured our passion into our work. You can find us on Facebook: Monamour Florist.
I am profoundly grateful for the opportunity to pursue my calling with dedication and enthusiasm. I remain hopeful that our business will continue to thrive despite the current challenges facing our nation.
