Amman – In recognition of the importance of supporting children who lost parental care, Jordan Ahli Bank has signed a strategic partnership agreement with SOS Children's Villages Jordan. The partnership aims to fulfill its humanitarian mission of caring for children who lost parental care by providing financial sponsorship for a family hoouse within SOS Children's Villages, where 5-7 children live together, covering a significant portion of their ongoing expenses. The agreement was signed by Dr. Ahmad Al Hussein, CEO/General Manager of Jordan Ahli Bank, and Mrs. Rana AlZoubi, National Director of SOS Children's Villages Jordan.

Mrs. Rana AlZoubi, National Director of SOS Children's Villages Jordan, expressed her pride and appreciation for expanding the strategic partnership with Jordan Ahli Bank, which has been in place for several years. This partnership will enable the organization to continue providing alternative family care services, including nutrition, housing, education, healthcare, psychological support, empowerment, economic security, protection, and social integration for children. AlZoubi emphasized the importance of sustaining this remarkable partnership in the coming years to ensure the continuity of various care programs and developmental projects that contribute to the organization's sustainability.

Dr. Ahmad Al Hussein, CEO/General Manager of Jordan Ahli Bank, commended this collaboration for its contribution to achieving the bank's sustainable development goals and turning them into reality. He affirmed the bank's commitment to providing necessary support to the organization, enabling it to carry out its developmental and charitable mission optimally, aligning with the bank's values and its dedicated programs for serving the community.

It's worth mentioning that Jordan Ahli Bank is one of Jordan's leading banking institutions with a rich history and deep national heritage. Established in 1955 as the first Jordanian bank, it became the sixth public shareholding company in the kingdom. The bank has played a pivotal role in the development and growth of the banking sector, positioning itself as an economic supporter and a responsible community player.

SOS Children's Villages Jordan, founded in 1983, is a non-profit national association that provides alternative family care for children and youth who lost or are at risk of losing parental care in its three villages located in Amman, Aqaba, and Irbid, as well as in its youth houses.
