  • Prepare full individual reports that record assessment results, treatment plans, functional progress, family training sessions, recommendations, and expected outcomes.
  • Keep beneficiaries' files and records up to date, so that information is accurate, confidential, and easy to find within the organization's documentation system.
  • Provide management and supervisors with the reports and statistics they request, on time.

5. Training and Empowering Families and Caregivers

  • Prepare support and guidance plans for families and caregivers. The plans should explain their roles and responsibilities in carrying out the treatment plan and reaching the beneficiary's functional goals.
